This was one of THE most difficult WODs I’ve had in a long time. My OHS sucks, and I have to work on it. DB HSC were unbelievable. Rounds 2-5 were done with sets of 5. I was able to go unbroken on the toes to bar for the first 4 rounds. DUs were broken all over the place. I just couldn’t get my shit together today.
