WOD #178 and #179: Weighted Pull-ups and Mad Max (no DLs)

This was a lot of fun.  PR’d my weighted PUs by 5 pounds, and I think I can do even more if I could kip.  I need a backpack of some sort that I can just load up with weights (right now, I’ve got weights hanging from a weightbelt).  I was quite proud of my 1-mile run.  Squats proved more difficult than I thought.  Will have to get at least 75 next time.  This was the first WOD of the year for our crew here at our school in Manila, so we’ll attempt this again in two months of so to see if there are improvements all around.
