WOD #183: 400m, Burpees, Dumbbell row

Pack:
Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
15 Burpees
10 Two-hand dumbbell Bent over row, 35 pounds each

BUY-IN:  3×10 CFWU (only 10 PUs and 20 dips, shoulders and back still tired from Elibzabeth on Monday)

WOD:  19:15, woohoo!
burpees broken 10-5

CASH-OUT:  on the floor, panting!

I was hoping to be within Big Dawg range (16-20min) and I did it.  My arms just felt like Jell-O after each set of rows.
