WOD #188: Deadlifts and Running

For time:
225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
400 meter Run
225 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
400 meter Run
225 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
400 meter Run
225 pound Deadlift, 6 reps
400 meter Run

BUY-IN:  3×10 CFWU

WOD: 10:48, whew!

CASH-OUT:  5×10 assisted pistols, alternating legs (slowly lowering myself onto a bench)
2×10 elevated ring push-ups

All sets were broken (2 to 3), so I can work on that next time.  I’m really happy with doing the Rx’d weight though.
